Cleatus is a fictional character in 1970s American television sitcom Good Times. He is cousin of J.J. Evans, Thelma Evans Anderson, and Michael Evans and nephew of Florida Evans and James Evans. He first appeared in Good Times on the episode of "Cousin Cleatus". He is portrayed by Jack Baker.
