Golconda is a state some vampires strive for in White Wolf's role-playing games Vampire: The Masquerade and Vampire: The Requiem. Details were vague, but the general idea was of salvation, redemption, a mastery over the vampire's bestial urges, and a high degree of Humanity; effects might have been losing the need to drink blood or even a return to a human state.

Vampire: The Requiem Core Rulebook 192

The state of transcendence for vampires. While Kindred debate the actual nature of Golconda, or whether it even exist, most tales of Golconda consist of a vampire's defeat or pacification the Beast in some way, usually through the Kindred's perseverance of a virtuous existence or other form of a deep personal redemption.
