"Proud as a Peacock" was the advertising campaign used by the NBC television and radio networks from 1979 to 1982, used to help introduce the "Proud Peacock", a logo that would be used until 1987. It was also used by HSV-7 in Melbourne, Victoria, as Channel 7's Proud in Melbourne.
